About us

2 Cousins Powered Access is a well-established, independent powered access hire company based in Culham, near Abingdon, supplying MEWPs to customers across the UK. We're growing, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, driven Telesales Representative to join our office-based sales team and help win new business.

Hours

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm, office-based in Culham

What you'll be doing

• Making outbound calls to new prospects (20+ calls a day) to generate leads and sales
• Building new business relationships in the powered access hire sector
• Qualifying leads, following up enquiries and closing sales
• Keeping accurate records of calls and progress in our CRM
• Working with the sales team on follow-ups, proposals and quotes
• Supporting marketing activity to bring in new business
• Working towards daily and monthly sales targets

What we're looking for

• Previous telesales experience (essential), ideally in powered access or hire
• Comfortable with a high volume of calls (20+ a day) and proactive lead generation
• Strong communication skills on the phone and in writing
• Confident using a CRM and other sales tools
• Self-motivated, organised and detail-oriented
• Good at building rapport and nurturing client relationships
• A positive, professional, results-driven attitude
