Position: Telesales Representative
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Join our team at BLU! We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Representative to support our sales team, connect with customers, and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Make daily sales calls and follow up with customers.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Promote products and achieve sales targets.
Assist with sales training and team development.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service, sales, and negotiation skills.
Previous experience in telesales, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
