With 5,000+ students trained, Offenso offers beginner to advanced courses, including OCSA, OCSP, and ADIS, featuring live labs, CTFs, internships, and placement assistance. Offenso delivers training to students, professionals, and organizations across the globe, combining real-world attack simulations with strong career support.

Role Description The Telesales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum. This role involves making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries to promote Offenso Hackers Academy’s cybersecurity programs, explain course offerings, and guide prospective learners through the enrollment process. The Telesales Representative will qualify leads, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, follow up with interested prospects, and support admissions targets through structured call campaigns. The role also includes responding to questions about course content, schedules, and fees, providing professional customer service, and coordinating with the marketing and training teams to improve lead conversion and learner experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English and the ability to explain technical training programs in simple terms.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle queries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience for prospective learners.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify prospects’ needs, present suitable programs, and close enrollments in a target-driven environment.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as the ability to understand course structures and effectively guide applicants on suitable learning paths.
• Relevant experience in telesales, inside sales, or education/counseling roles is preferred.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software for lead tracking and reporting.
• Ability to work on-site in Trivandrum, manage time effectively, and handle high call volumes with professionalism.
• A diploma or degree in any discipline is beneficial; exposure to IT or cybersecurity education is an added advantage.
