What they need
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Telesales Representative to connect with prospective and existing customers by phone. You’ll learn about their needs, explain our products or services, and help them choose an option that works for them.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Answer questions and clearly explain products, services, and pricing
- Identify customer needs and recommend relevant solutions
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate customer records
- Meet individual and team sales goals
- Provide professional, helpful service on every call
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone
- Positive, persistent, and customer-focused attitude
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage follow-ups
- Previous sales or call-center experience is a plus, but not required
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
