Telesales Representative - On-site

BeautyPulse Arabia is hiring experienced Outbound Telesales Agents for its on-site team at Mirna Chalouhi Center, Lebanon. Target market: individual customers (B2C) across the Gulf / GCC region.

COMPENSATION

High commission scheme + performance bonus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective B2C customers.
• Present offers, handle objections, negotiate, and close sales.
• Follow up systematically on leads and build customer rapport.
• Work toward agreed sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven outbound telesales or telemarketing experience in B2C sales.
• GCC / Gulf market outbound sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Professional phone manner and a results-driven approach.
