Telesales Specialist (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and use social platforms to welcome newly registered customers and close sales using effective closing techniques.
• Develop and execute strategies to identify and engage potential customers through calls and social media to boost sales.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competition to adjust strategies and achieve monthly targets.
• Seek and record customer feedback to optimize future acquisition strategies.
• Handle and acknowledge rejections, providing alternative approaches in difficult situations.

Key Requirements:

• Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year experience as a telesales or related sales role.
• Multilingual Proficiency: Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (reading, writing, speaking). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills: PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong phone contact handling skills, active listening, and great interpersonal skills; effective team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven with focus on meeting and exceeding monthly acquisition targets; confident, enthusiastic, professional, and proactive.

Remarks: This position is a basic + commission salary package
