Telesales Team Lead

I'm working on a Telesales Team Leader search right now and wanted to put it out to my network.

It's an exclusive search for a global design-build firm, the largest in the world, standing up its first-ever inside sales function in the US. There's no team on the ground today. This is a true founding hire: you'd build it, lead it, and scale it from day one, reporting straight into the Global Head of Telesales, who's flying in personally to onboard you.

Three inside sales hires start under you on day one, with more headcount to follow. Comp is strong too: Year one OTE $250K+, plus bonus and commission on self-originated deals, with a built-in progression path.

If you have:

→ Experience building or leading a telesales/SDR function from scratch, not just inheriting one

→ A strong point of view on cadence, coaching, and high-volume outbound best practices

→ Comfort managing a team against longer, 6 to 18 month sales cycles

→ Real appetite for ownership, hiring, structure, and process as the team scales

→ A lead-from-the-front style, coaching and dialing alongside your team, not just directing from the sidelines
