About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Insurance Tele Sales who can manage a telesales team, drive sales performance, and ensure achievement of monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team of insurance telesales executives.
• Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Track individual and team performance.
• Provide regular coaching and guidance to improve sales conversions.
• Monitor calls and ensure quality customer interactions.
• Assist team members with customer queries and sales closures.
• Handle escalations and resolve issues effectively.
• Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.
• Prepare and share regular sales performance reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in team handling.
• Prior experience in insurance telesales/sales preferred.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Good leadership and people-management abilities.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
