- Develop curriculum content based on industry trends and company requirements.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in insurance or related field.
- Strong understanding of OJT (On-the-Job Training), TNI (Training Needs Identification), TTT (Training Needs Analysis) concepts.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering effective sales training programs.
