Job Description

• No cold calling for leads. Just approach our ready and warm customers Outbound Telesales, cross selling to existing customers
• Educate customers on the benefits of the products and services
• A prepared script to immediate kickstart your communication to influence customers and define eligibility
• Follow organizational standards to maintain quality service
• Contribute to team effort by working effectively with others
• Approach supervisor with any questions, concerns or troubleshooting issues

Job Requirements

• At least 2-3 years Experience in Telesales/Banking Call Center
• Malaysian & above 18 years old.
• Proficient in English , Good communication skills, telephone etiquette, patience, persuasion
• Willing to work alternative Saturday (If achieved sales target - not required to work on Saturday)
• Able to work in Bangsar South
• Excellent teamwork
• Good interpersonal and selling skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Great sense of humour and fun!
