Teleservices Head - Remote

Role & responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Teleservices Agents.
• Drive audience generation and lead generation campaigns for the Middle East market.
• Develop and implement teleservices strategies to achieve lead-generation targets.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, conversion rates, and KPIs.
• Coach team members to improve calling quality, engagement, and conversion.
• Manage campaign performance and ensure achievement of defined targets.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure effective lead handover and follow-up.
• Analyze campaign results and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve calling processes, scripts, databases, and overall team efficiency.
• Ensure a high standard of customer engagement and communication.

Preferred candidate profile

• 810 years of relevant experience in Teleservices, Telemarketing, Telesales, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or related functions.
• Proven experience managing and leading a teleservices/calling team.
• Strong exposure to lead generation and audience generation.
• Experience working with the Middle East market is essential; remote experience supporting Middle East clients/markets can also be considered.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, coaching, and team-management skills.
• Good understanding of teleservices KPIs, conversion metrics, and performance management.
• Target-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with remote/international teams.
