About the Role

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team and support our sales and client acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will handle outbound and inbound calls, explain our offerings clearly, follow up on leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists
• Follow up on inquiries from website, social media, and other channels
• Clearly explain company products/services and answer basic queries
• Book appointments/meetings for the sales team and share lead details
• Maintain accurate call logs, notes, and status updates in CRM/Excel
• Achieve daily/weekly calling, connection, and conversion targets
• Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for feedback and lead quality
• Handle basic customer complaints or route them to the concerned team

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred
• Good command over Hindi; basic English is a plus
• Clear, confident, and polite communication style
• Basic computer skills (typing, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools)
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Prior telecalling/BPO/sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory
