Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email in professional English.
• Understand client queries and provide appropriate support or coordinate with the relevant team.
• Assist with documentation, data entry, and maintaining records.
• Prepare and update reports and documents using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist with customer onboarding, follow-ups, and basic system-related support.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation.
• Learn and adapt to new software, systems, and processes quickly.
• Perform other administrative and support tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English with good client communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
• Strong learning ability and a willingness to learn new things.
• Adaptable and comfortable working with new software and processes.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
