• Job Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain insurance products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate information regarding available plans.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities.
• Schedule appointments or connect interested customers with the concerned team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-up activities.
• Update customer information in Excel sheets or company systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and documentation.
• Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication
• Meet daily calling targets and achieve assigned productivity goals.
• Ensure timely follow-up on pending leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively in Tamil and English.
• Perform other telecalling and customer support activities as assigned by the management.
• Skills Required:
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English
• Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills

Location: Near Zudio Showroom, Thirumullaivoyal, Chennai.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
