1. Lead Calling & Follow-up

• Call potential customers from company-generated leads.
• Understand the customer's requirement, budget, preferred location, and property type.
• Explain basic project details such as location, configuration, amenities, and price range.
• Regularly follow up with interested customers.

2. Site Visit Coordination

• Explain the site visit process to prospective customers.
• Schedule and confirm site visits with customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding scheduled visits.
• Follow up after the site visit to understand the customer's feedback and interest.

3. Customer Communication

• Provide accurate and professional information to customers.
• Answer basic queries regarding projects and direct technical, legal, financial, or detailed property-related questions to the appropriate sales team.
• Maintain polite and professional communication at all times.

4. Database & CRM Management

• Maintain accurate customer information.
• Update call records, follow-ups, lead status, and customer responses.
• Ensure no important lead or follow-up is missed.

5. Sales Support

• Support the sales team by generating and nurturing prospects.
• Identify potential customers for the sales executives.
• Assist in achieving monthly lead-generation and site-visit targets.

6. Reporting

• Submit daily/weekly calling and follow-up reports.
• Report the number of calls made, connected calls, interested leads, site visits scheduled, and follow-ups pending.
• Escalate important customer requirements or complaints to the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
