Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads.
• Explain company products, services, offers, and plans clearly.
• Generate and qualify leads through calls.
• Follow up with interested and existing customers.
• Maintain daily call records and update lead status.
• Convert qualified leads into customers or schedule appointments.
• Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for lead conversion.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Follow up regularly with pending or interested leads.
• Prepare daily/weekly calling reports for management.

Required Skills

• Good Hindi and basic English communication skills.
• Confident and polite communication.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle rejection and customer objections.
• Good follow-up and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
