Tellecaller

About the Role:
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their business requirements, introducing TBM’s services, and generating qualified leads and meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Introduce TBM and explain our digital marketing, branding, media, and business solutions.
• Understand client requirements and identify potential opportunities.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with prospects.
• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with clients.
• Basic knowledge of sales and digital marketing is an advantage.
• Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
• Freshers can apply.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
