Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan/EMI payments.
• Follow up with customers for timely payment and resolve payment-related queries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection status.
• Negotiate suitable repayment solutions with customers.
• Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection targets.
• Follow company policies and maintain professional communication with customers.

Requirements

• Graduate preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/computer operations.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a collection environment.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives
