Telecaller Executive (Work From Home)

Job Type: Full-Time / Remote

Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹27,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-focused Telecaller Executives to join our remote team. The role involves handling client communication, making outbound calls, following provided scripts, and maintaining good relationships with potential and existing clients.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to clients according to the provided calling script.

Understand client requirements and provide proper assistance.

Handle client queries professionally and maintain a positive conversation.

Follow up with interested clients and update call records.

Send professional emails to clients as required.

Maintain daily and weekly activity reports.

Coordinate with the team for client updates and follow-ups.

Performance Targets:

Complete 100 client calls per week.

Send 50 professional emails per week.

Maintain proper follow-up and client handling standards.

Requirements:

Good communication skills (English/Hindi preferred).

Comfortable speaking with clients over phone calls.

Basic email writing knowledge.

Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.

Basic computer knowledge required.

Freshers can apply; training and scripts will be provided.
