A telemarketing executive promotes products, generates leads, and drives sales over the phone while meeting target quotas.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Make cold and warm outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases or lead lists.Sales and Promotion: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to convert phone calls into sales or booked appointments.Customer Support: Answer inbound inquiries, resolve basic complaints, and address product doubts with professionalism.Data Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales pipelines in CRM software.Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call volume, lead generation, and sales targets
