Tellecaller

Assist patients and attendants with hospital processes and service-related queries.

Coordinate with clinical and support departments to ensure smooth patient flow.

Support admission, discharge, and appointment processes.

Make outbound calls to potential customers / leads or handle incoming customer queries.

Pitch company products/services and convert leads into sales, bookings, or inquiries.

Maintain customer relationship records and update interaction status in CRM or Excel.

Address customer questions, resolve complaints, and follow up regularly with prospect leads.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets

Requirements & Qualifications:

Language: Fluent in spoken Tamil ,English(Required). Basic understanding of Hindi is a plus.

Education: Any Graduate or Diploma.

Experience: 0 to 2 years in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or voice processes (Freshers welcome).

Skills: Excellent communication, persuasive persuasion skills, active listening, and basic computer knowledge (MS Excel).
