Position: Store Manager
Location: Central metro, West Bengal
Industry: Textile
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000/month
Experience: 3–5 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage daily textile factory operations, production, manpower, quality, and workflow. The candidate should have hands-on experience in textile manufacturing and factory supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day factory and production operations.
• Plan production schedules and achieve daily/monthly targets.
• Supervise workers, supervisors, and factory staff.
• Monitor production quality, wastage, and efficiency.
• Manage manpower allocation and shift planning.
• Coordinate with production, stores, maintenance, and dispatch teams.
• Maintain production reports, stock records, and operational MIS.
• Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and factory SOP compliance.
• Identify production issues and take corrective actions.
• Control material wastage and improve productivity.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of Factory/Production Management experience.
• Textile industry experience is mandatory/preferred.
• Strong manpower and production management skills.
• Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes.
• Good reporting and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable working at the Falta location.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
