Telecaller / Telesales Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their requirements, generating interest in properties, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into site visits and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Follow up with leads and understand their property requirements.

Explain property projects, locations, pricing, and available options.

Generate and schedule property site visits.

Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.

Update lead details and call status in the Excel tracker.

Coordinate with the sales team regarding qualified leads and site visits.

Preforable Candidates.

Minimum 6 months of telecalling experience, preferably in real estate and freshers also can apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent speak in Telugu, English and Hindi.

Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

• Candidates with prior real estate sales/telecalling experience will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹220,000.00 per year
