Job Description

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Insurance Telecaller / Telesales Executive to generate leads, explain insurance products, handle customer enquiries, and convert prospective customers into policy holders.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain insurance plans, policy benefits, coverage, premiums, and renewal options clearly.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance products.
• Generate qualified leads and convert leads into sales.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
• Coordinate with the internal team for documentation and policy processing.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong customer-handling and follow-up abilities.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Freshers can apply; insurance/telecalling experience will be an advantage.
