About the Role

Impressional Foto is looking for a confident, friendly, and motivated Telecaller to handle customer calls, follow up with potential customers, and assist with sales-related communication for our camera and photography equipment business.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Follow up with leads generated through the website, social media, advertisements, and other sources.
• Explain products, offers, pricing, availability, and basic product information to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable camera, lens, and photography products.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally over phone and WhatsApp.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer requirements.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and orders.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi.
• Basic English communication is preferred.
• Confident and polite personality.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and social media.
• Previous telecalling, telesales, customer support, or e-commerce experience will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience, communication skills, and performance.

Working Hours

Full-Time | 6 Days a Week

Working hours will be discussed during the interview.
