Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with potential clients, explain our services, generate leads, and schedule meetings. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and companies.
• Introduce the company and explain our services.
• Generate leads and maintain a database of prospective clients.
• Follow up with interested clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Schedule meetings and appointments with potential clients.
• Maintain daily call reports and update lead status.
• Handle basic queries professionally and politely.
• Coordinate with the team to achieve outreach targets.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and email.
• Confidence in speaking with clients over the phone.
• Good follow-up and convincing skills.
• Ability to maintain records and manage time effectively.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Languages: Hindi and English; Marathi is an added advantage.

Salary

As per industry standards and candidate experience.
