Key Responsibilities

* Schedule and coordinate appointments for the Field Sales Team, as required.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

* Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.

* Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate business opportunities.

* Provide regular feedback and market insights to the team to improve calling and sales processes.

* Maintain accurate customer and call records in the CRM system.

* Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information regarding products and services.

* Consistently follow company policies, sales processes, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Minimum qualification: **12th Pass**; graduation will be an added advantage.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in **Hindi, English, and/or regional languages**.

* Basic computer knowledge with familiarity with **CRM tools and applications**.

* Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

* Ability to handle rejection positively and work effectively under pressure.

* Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up and conversion skills.

* Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per hour
