What they need
We are looking for Telecalling Executive to join our growing team. If you have good communication skills and enjoy interacting with people, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Languages Required: Hindi, English, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, & Kannada
Experience Required: Fresher to 1 year experience
Location: Malad West, Mumbai
Working days & Timings: Monday to Saturday, 09.30AM to 06.30PM
Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Responsibilities-
· Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
· Clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
· Identify and escalate priority issues, keep records of all conversations and transactions in our Database.
· Basic computer skills.
Office Location: 933, IJMIMA Complex, Raheja Metroplex, Mindspace, Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400064
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
