Tellecaller/ Customer Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain banking and financial products/services to customers
• Generate and follow up on leads
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information
• Maintain regular customer follow-ups
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets
• Coordinate with the Relationship Manager and sales team for lead conversion
• Maintain customer records and call details
• Build strong customer relationships

Required Skills:

✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Previous experience in tele calling, telesales, banking, financial services or DSA preferred

✅ Sales-oriented and target-driven approach

✅ Good customer-handling and convincing skills

✅ Basic computer knowledge

✅ Self-motivated and willing to learn
