We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage the reception area, welcome visitors, handle calls and correspondence, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a polished and helpful approach.Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage the reception desk and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office.
• Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls promptly and professionally.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, emails, and office correspondence.
• Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and reception-related documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and visitor appointments.
• Provide accurate information about the organization, departments, products, or services.
• Receive and forward messages to the appropriate employees or departments.
• Support administrative activities such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
