Key responsibilities
- Execute and process transactions in accordance with applicable provisions and procedures
- Perform duties with accuracy, care, and in compliance with applicable regulations
- Provide friendly, professional, and trustworthy service with emphasis on quality service without neglecting compliance
- Perform reconciliation and ensure all transactions match transaction evidence
- Take full responsibility for daily operational activities
- Perform maintenance, monitoring, and daily checks for core banking systems
- Protect and safeguard personal safety and bank assets from actions or conduct that may cause damage, inaccuracy, or loss
- Execute cash withdrawals from the main cash vault
- Execute savings account cash receipt transactions
- Execute savings account cash withdrawal transactions
- Execute loan disbursement transactions
