***Hourly rate includes a $3.00 shift premium for front line member contact. Start pay is $20.16 plus $3.00 shift premium, upon successful completion of your Introductory Period you will receive a $0.50 raise.

Deliver high-quality, timely, and accurate service experiences to all members, with a focus on building relationships, supporting financial wellness, and expanding account engagement. This role emphasizes understanding each member’s unique financial needs to provide effective assistance with transactions, inquiries, account maintenance, proactive member education, and consultative recommendations. Also responsible for opening new accounts, supporting loan processing, and contributing to overall branch operations.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS of a FINANCIAL SERVICE ASSOCIATE:

1. Ensure confidentiality and preservation of member records, transactions, and company assets.

2. Ensure all activity complies with applicable policies and regulations.

3. Be depended upon to perform all duties as scheduled, accurately and efficiently.

4. Foster and maintain effective collaborative relations within the department and with other departments.

5. Represent the credit union in a positive and professional manner to the members, other credit unions, industry affiliates, the community, and all media channels including social media.
