Teller

In the Teller role, you build lasting relationships with our valued customers, process daily banking transactions, and uncover opportunities to introduce products that support our customers' financial goals.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent education.

Experience

• 3-5 years customer experience preferred; relevant customer service experience, or equivalent education and experience of banking and customer service policies and procedures.

Knowledge/Skills

• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math.

• Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new financial software quickly.

• Excellent interpersonaland verbal communication abilities.

• Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

• Manages daily cash handling procedures with absolute accuracy and security.

• Processes banking transactions efficiently while verifying account details and funds.

• Delivers welcoming customer service that resolves inquiries and turns routine visits into positive experiences.

• Executes precise data entry to maintain reliable customer and transaction records.

• Applies math skills to balance cash drawers and verify financial calculations.

• Identifies customer needs and sales opportunities to promote relevant bank products and services.

• Maintains high attention to detail to prevent errors and protect the bank from financial loss.

• Practices effective conflict resolution to de-escalate challenges and satisfy customer concerns.
