TELLER

Job Descriptions:

• Provide excellent customer service based on SMBC Indonesia’s Service Value: “Heartfelt Banking, Meaningful Service”
• Process and serve customers’ financial transactions, both cash and non-cash, in accordance with applicable systems, policies, and procedures.
• Perform administrative processes related to teller transactions in compliance with applicable regulations and procedures.
• Identify customers’ needs and proactively offer relevant banking products and services based on their profiles through cross-selling approaches.
• Maintain service quality by ensuring data accuracy, providing clear information, and delivering appropriate solutions.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of customer data in accordance with the Bank’s policies and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Frontliner, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, with the ability to understand and explain effectively to customers.
• Basic understanding of banking accounting and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good understanding of banking systems, policies, and procedures, with a strong commitment to compliance and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a strong commitment to delivering service excellence.
• Strong sales and cross-selling skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
• Customer-oriented, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
