WORK DETAILS Teller position This person will work from our new branch located at 2191 N. Rock Rd!

Hours Must be available to work 36-40 hours, from 7:45a.m. - 5:45p.m. Monday - Thursday, 7:45 a.m. - 6:15 p.m. Friday and 8:45 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. on Saturdays. Will work rotating Saturdays.

NO Evenings or Sundays!! Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

• Greets customers entering the branch, directs them to the correct staff member for assistance and provides assistance with ATM usage, coin counting machine, safety deposit boxes and other branch services.
• Responsible for providing excellent customer service while performing a variety of paying and receiving functions including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, money orders, and cash advances.
• Verifies cash totals and balances each day's transactions.
• Educate members of credit union products and services.
• Balances ATM machines, coin counters, and cash dispensing/recycling machines in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensures members are promptly and professionally served.
• Attends meetings and training sessions as required.
• Provides superior service to our members.
• Proactively support and advance HCU's brand platform.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Experience working in a financial institution is helpful but not required.
• Proficient with technology and variety of software including MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Well organized and attentive to detail
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to move 30 lbs. occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs. frequently.
• Stationary for extended periods of time.
