I’m excited to share that our team at PNC Bank in Kettering, Ohio, is growing! We’re looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and client-focused individual to join us as a Full-Time Teller.

What You’ll Do

As a Teller, you’ll play an important role in delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting the success of our branch.

* Provide welcoming, professional, and personalized service to every client.

* Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining strong operational controls.

* Build meaningful relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and understanding clients’ financial needs.

* Proactively identify opportunities to better serve clients by reviewing their existing banking relationships, recognizing potential needs, and making appropriate recommendations and referrals to branch bankers.

* Educate clients on digital banking tools, products, and resources that make managing their finances easier.

* Collaborate with branch teammates to deliver seamless service and contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment.

* Uphold PNC’s commitment to integrity, risk management, security, and operational excellence.

Compensation & Benefits

* Base salary range: $30,000–$50,000, depending on qualifications and other factors.

* Incentive-eligible position.
