Teller

Enjoy helping people, working with numbers, and getting the details right? As a Teller, you will be one of the first faces customers see. You will handle everyday transactions, answer questions, and connect customers with the people and services that support their financial goals.

No banking experience required. Bring strong customer service skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn, and we will teach you the rest.

This position is internally classified as a Personal Banker I.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and check cashing.
• Verify identification and follow procedures that protect customers and the bank from fraud.
• Maintain, balance, and secure a cash drawer.
• Answer questions, introduce helpful products and digital tools, and connect customers with the right banker.
• Follow bank policies and protect confidential information.
• Partner with your branch team to deliver a consistent customer experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or cash-handling experience preferred, but not required.
• Comfortable with numbers, computers, and detailed information.
• Ability to handle customer and financial information with discretion.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, use teller equipment, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
