Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Greeting & Triage: Act as the face of the branch by welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, and directing them to the correct counter or relationship manager. [1]

• Service Requests & Operations: Handle non-cash customer requests, including address/phone number changes, email updates, cheque clearances, demand drafts, and complaint or ATM dispute logging. [1]

• Digital Onboarding: Assist customers with mobile banking setups, net banking activations, and digital self-service adoption. [1]

• Sales & Cross-Selling: Source new savings or current accounts, promote fixed/recurring deposits, and pitch third-party products like life and general insurance or asset loans based on branch targets. [1]

• Audit & Compliance: Ensure all customer application forms and service records are properly documented and ready for periodic branch audits. [1]
