Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Member Services Representative to join our team. As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, assisting with various financial transactions, and promoting our products and services.

Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service to all members, ensuring their needs are met and their questions are answered

• Process various financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account transfers

• Assist members with account inquiries, balance inquiries, and account maintenance

• Educate members on our products and services, promoting additional services such as loans, credit cards, and savings accounts

• Handle member complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner

• Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

• Follow established procedures for cash handling and cash management

• Adhere to all security protocols and fraud prevention measures

• Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous customer service experience in a retail or banking environment preferred

• Strong mathematical skills and ability to perform retail math calculations accurately

• Knowledge of loan processing procedures is a plus

• Familiarity with debit/credit transactions and cash register operations

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
