Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outgoing calls to customers and provide information about products/services.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries politely.
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, payments, appointments, or services.
• Maintain customer details and call records properly.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports using MS Excel.
• Prepare and maintain documents using MS Word.
• Send and receive professional emails and manage basic email communication.
• Update customer data and maintain records accurately.
• Coordinate with the team for customer-related requirements.
• Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
• Maintain a professional and polite communication style with customers.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and telephone etiquette.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email/Mailing.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
• Hindi and English communication skills preferred.

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
