TG Multimedia is looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates for the position of Telecalling Executive. The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone, explaining company services, generating leads, and following up with interested prospects.

We welcome freshers who are eager to learn, improve their communication skills, and build a career in telecalling and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Introduce and explain TG Multimedia's services to prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and answer basic queries.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the team to support business development activities.

Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi.
• Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
• Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
• Interest in customer communication and sales.
