Job Title: Business Associate – Calling Department: Business Development / Customer Relations Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the company's products, services, or business opportunities. Explain basic business information clearly and professionally. Follow up with interested prospects and schedule meetings or online presentations. Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients. Maintain call records, update lead details, and track follow-ups. Handle basic queries professionally and coordinate with the team. Achieve calling and meeting-scheduling targets assigned by the team leader. Skills Required Good communication and listening skills. Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and calling applications. Confidence in speaking with new people. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Hindi communication skills; basic English is an advantage. Eligibility Freshers can apply.
