Telugu Voice Process

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer calls, resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information to customers about products/services offered by the company.
• Meet performance targets set for call handling, sales conversion rates, and quality standards.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in BPO industry with a focus on voice process (customer service).
• Strong communication skills in Telugu language is mandatory.
• Ability to work rotational shift as per business requirements.
