Roles & Responsibilities

The Project based registrar is responsible for the asset register - to receiving asset information from the project team, verifying data completeness and enter information into the designated asset management system or register.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive asset information, tagging records and supporting documentation from field teams.
• Accurately enter asset details into the designated asset register or database.
• Ensure all asset records are complete, consistent, and aligned with project requirements.
• Verify data received from tagging teams and highlight any discrepancies or missing information.
• Produce basic progress updates and data completion reports as required.
• Support the project team with register updates, corrections and data validation activities.
• Follow established project procedures, standards, and deadlines.

General Requirements

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently.
