Temp Call Surveyor

$15 per hour_ Temp Call Surveyor X 5 (Public Sector Project)

City Hall or Common Wealth MRT (TBC)

Mon to Fri - 10am to 6pm

21 Sept to 2 Oct (Must complete all days)

Hiring ends on Tuesday 25 August 2026

Job Description

• Conduct outbound calls to customers who contacted

• Follow a pre-defined calling script during each call

• Ask and record responses to approximately 10 standardized questions

• Ensure accurate and complete documentation of customer feedback

• Maintain a professional and courteous tone throughout all interactions

Job Requirements

• Minimum must have 1 prior working experience in customer service or phone surveyor within any industry

• Strong communication skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset
