Temp Senior Executive, Curriculum & Programme Operations (6 Months) | Up to $4,900

Job Highlights

• 6-month contract
• Salary: Up to $4,900 (depending on experience)
• Location: West
• University environment

Job Responsibilities

• Handle student enquiries on course registration, course planning and programme requirements
• Process course registration requests and maintain related records
• Update course and programme information on the website and intranet
• Coordinate semester timetabling and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Support administration of Double Degree, Second Major and Minor programmes
• Track student records and support degree award verification
• Process programme withdrawals and MOOC applications
• Prepare reports and maintain SOPs and documentation
• Manage shared mailboxes and support events such as Open House and Convocation
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma holder.
• Related qualifications and/or working experiences in higher education sector will be advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and MS Teams.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Able to exercise discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Proactive and tactful team player with the ability to interact well with people from all levels.
• Possess good critical thinking and communication skills, and a positive learning attitude.
• Mature, self-motivated, meticulous, and adaptive.
