Temp Customer Service (3 months)

-        Assist with registration, appointment scheduling, and front-desk operations.

-        Process billing, invoicing, payments, and other financial administrative tasks.

-        Verify billing details and ensure the accuracy of invoices and supporting documentation.

-        Follow up on billing discrepancies, payment enquiries, and outstanding accounts.

-        Maintain accurate records, perform data entry, and support documentation processes.

-        Provide general administrative and operational support.

Requirements

-        Minimum O’ level cert

-        Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.

-        Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

-        Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using computer systems.
