All Smiles Dental Group located near Powers and Bloomington is hiring! We are seeking a Temp Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team full-time from November 16th-February 19th .

• A minimum of 2 years of previous dental front office experience
• Someone that is reliable, outgoing, and detail-oriented

• Monday-Thursday 745am-515pm
• Friday 745am-215pm

Compensation $20-$25/hour

______________________________________________________________________________________ Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience, both in person and over the phone
• Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients
• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
• Present treatment plans and schedule follow up appointments
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts
• Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of previous dental front office experience
• Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
• Confident presenting treatment plans to patients
• Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)
