• Contract: 3 months
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: Office hours

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical posting schedules, student allocations, teaching sessions and tutor arrangements.
• Manage student communications, attendance records, teaching materials and programme documentation.
• Liaise with faculty, tutors and healthcare institutions on schedules, posting arrangements and administrative matters.
• Process assessment and examination results, including data checking, reconciliation and submission.
• Prepare and securely handle confidential examination materials and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and update education systems, trackers and teaching information.
• Support examination logistics and other undergraduate education administrative activities.

Requirements

• Recognised Diploma in any discipline.
• Relevant experience in administration or programme coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience in education, healthcare or examination administration is an added advantage.
• Experience handling confidential student, assessment or examination data is an added advantage
