Temp Executive, Group Investor Relations & Communications (1-Year Contract)

Key responsibilities include:

·       Support the preparation and coordination of communications materials, including news releases, media pitches, fact sheets, briefing materials, annual reports and research reports.

·       Assist with media monitoring, reporting and maintaining of media database and distribution lists.

·       Coordinate media interviews and other media engagement activities.

·       Support the development and publishing of content for digital and social media channels, including LinkedIn and Instagram.

·       Assist with updating and maintaining content for the corporate website.

·       Support the organisation and execution of corporate events, including financial results briefings, media/investor events and annual general meetings.

·       Assist with administrative and project coordination duties, as required.

·       Assist with any other ad hoc duties assigned by the team.

Requirements

·       Degree in communications, business or a related field.

·       Around two to three years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations, journalism or marketing communications.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·       Meticulous, organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

·       Proactive team player with good interpersonal skills.

·       Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese to support communications relating to China.

·       Basic design skills and familiarity with digital and AI platforms, such as Canva, Microsoft Copilot, Hootsuite, Salesforce CRM, Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Illustrator, will be an advantage.
